From idea to production
We take on whole projects: scoping, design, engineering, launch and continued development after release. One team carries the work from start to finish, so responsibility for the outcome stays in one place. Tests, monitoring and documentation are part of the delivery, and your own team can maintain the system after handover.
Design that starts with the user
We do UI/UX design, service design and user research, either as part of a build or as standalone work. When the real needs of end users and the business are understood, the product is easier to use and cheaper to develop.
Experienced people in your team
When what you need is capacity rather than a project, our people work inside your team, your process and your codebase. They follow your ways of working and your quality standards, and bring our way of working with AI along with them. An assignment can start small and grow as the need becomes clearer.
Software for everyday work
Reporting, approvals, planning, integrations, and the data that currently sits across several separate systems. We build these as proper software, with the same tests, monitoring and documentation as anything customer-facing, so they stay maintainable as the organisation changes. This is often where a modest amount of development work makes the largest difference to daily work.
A solid foundation for systems
We assess existing systems, design the architecture for new builds, and plan integrations and security requirements. Clear architecture keeps systems maintainable and makes later changes less expensive.
AI with a business case
We help you find where AI produces real value in your business, and then build it: assistants, agents, automation and data-driven features inside the products and systems you already run. The model itself is rarely the hard part — access to the right data, evaluation, error handling and monitoring take most of the work, and that is the part we do. Where AI adds nothing to a given case, we say so before you invest in it.
